The website and its forms may be used only for legitimate purposes. Prohibited activities include bypassing controls; impersonation; submitting malicious or unlawful content; scanning, exploitation or testing without written authorization; service flooding; abusive automated extraction; infringement of intellectual property or privacy; and use of infrastructure for fraud, discrimination or harm.
